Who We Are
CAP TX Construction is a multifamily general contractor located in Austin, TX delivering high-quality projects by effectively managing subcontractors, schedules, and budgets. The CAP TX team has 30+ years of experience constructing garden style, mid-rise, wrap, podium, and townhome multifamily projects. CAP TX is vertically integrated to successfully manage the execution of a project from idea to completion.

Cameron Anderson
President of Construction
Cameron Anderson leads the overall construction process for CAP TX. He joined CAP TX at its inception in June 2022 after serving as Vice President of Construction for Martin Fein Interests. Starting as an assistant superintendent and working his way up to VP, Cameron was responsible for all construction activities in the MFI portfolio. Prior to Martin Fein Interests, Cameron held various roles in single family and multifamily construction. He has constructed over 200 single family homes and 4,000+ multifamily units. Cameron is a NASCLA certified General Building Contractor and a Certified Green Professional through the National Association of Homebuilders. Cameron received his degree in Construction Management from Sam Houston State University in 2002.
Brian Rodriguez
Project Manager
Brian Rodriguez is a project management professional with over a decade of experience in multifamily construction. After receiving his degree in civil engineering from University of Houston in 2010, Brian began his multifamily career on the subcontractor side of the business. In 2013, Brian moved to general contracting with Wood Partners. Brian has built a solid foundation in pre-construction, estimating, and contract management. Brian has participated in 17 construction projects in Houston, Dallas, and Austin.
Shalena Rosas
Director of Muli-Family Support Services
Shalena has been in the construction accounting/coordinating field for 15 years. Before joining CAP TX as the Director of Multi-Family Support Services, Shalena worked at Martin Fein Interests/Westchase Construction for 15 years. Shalena has extensive experience in construction draws, budget reporting, contract administration, and software administration.
Jimmy Frazier
Assistant Project Manager
As Assistant Project Manager, Jimmy Frazier is responsible for project document control. This includes drawing uploads, pre-con coordination, RFI/Submittal generation and follow up, OAC meeting documentation, and project closeout. Jimmy joined Endeavor in 2021 as the Quality Assurance lead for the multifamily development team, which included consultant report review during construction, punchlist and turnover review, coordination of all proper closeout documentation, and overall project quality standards. Prior to Endeavor, he worked for Devcon Construction Incorporated, a large GC in California, as a Senior Project Engineer. Jimmy received a BS in Construction Management with a minor in Real Estate Property Development from California Polytechnic State University in 2017.
Dean Schultz
Superintendent
Dean Schulz is a project superintendent with over 30 years of experience in multifamily. After leaving the Navy in 1990, Dean moved to Austin and began work with Fairfield Development as a punch out carpenter. Dean stayed at Fairfield for 12 years, earning the title of project superintendent. Dean has worked throughout central Texas and was most recently with Journeyman Construction. He has built over 2500 apartment units as Superintendent.
